This jacket is the perfect athletic cut. Room in the shoulders to do stuff and a tapered slightly in the waist to keep extra material out of the way from getting RAD! 😎 colors are spot on. Perfect pocketing…don’t change a thing! I’m a smedium, so if you are too, size up for a little more room in the hips. I would have been happy with S or M. Loading... I am absolutely thrilled on my Medium Stella Jacket Primo in Ginger. And not to mention its 100% recycled material, so I feel good about supporting the earth, too!I guide on a snowcat and am in my gear for nearly 10 hours a day in all sorts of crazy weather conditions. This jacket has held up in it all, from high winds, to wet sierra snow, to light and fluffy pow. The two chest pockets are super convenient for chapstick and cell phone, while the lower pockets are big enough to store some glove liners and snacks. The sneaky arm pocket is a great place to store my pass when cruising at the resort and some cash for any apres needs. The fit is perfect, as it is long enough that it doesn't scrunch at the hips and provides tons of movement on snow. I am able to easily fit a layer or two under the jacket without feeling like I'm suffocating or losing movement. The hood is large enough to fit over my helmet which has been a huge perk on some of these stormier Tahoe days. And last but not least, I have the color. In the photos online it looked like a brighter orange to me, but I was pleasantly surprised that it has a darker, rustier hue to it that really pops in the snow and look great on camera. Im STOKED!#stayTREW Loading... I’m obsessed with this jacket. It’s comfortable and flattering with great features, and doesn’t feel at all bulky. I was a like worried that the sleeves would be too long, but not at all. The Velcro on the cuffs make for easy adjustments over my mittens, and even after some brutal spills, everything stayed put! I have a difficult time finding a jacket that doesn’t ride up my back, and I didn’t have to pull it down once the entire day. The combo of this jacket and my chariot bibs kept me warm and dry on a chilly Rocky Mtn ski day. I love the outer chest pockets which held my phone and felt very secure. There are also some great internal pockets for gear and gadgets. The material is soft, flexible and breathable. I couldn’t be happier! Loading... I have been searching for a ski jacket that is both flattering and functional for some time now. Ladies, this is the one. For reference, I am 5’7” and 175lb with seriously strong ski thighs and wider hips(: I originally ordered a large in this jacket because I owned a previous model of the Stella and the medium was a little snug in the hips for me. But, the primo version is designed with women in mind, and there is more room in the hips. Meaning the large was a little too roomy for me. Customer service was super awesome and helped me switch out the sizes very quickly. The medium allows me to fit an insulating layer underneath while still hugging my curves in a flattering way. Not to mention this jacket held up to a true Baker rain day (well, half day). I worn this jacket in and out of the resort and I’ve been impressed with its performance. Thank you TREW for making a jacket that is made for hard charging women who still want to look cute! Loading...
