International Orders

We're just a small company out of Portland, Oregon, but that doesn't mean that we can't get our gear into the hands (and hearts) of backcountry enthusiasts across the globe. It may take a little bit longer to get to you, but we assure you our gear will be worth the wait!

 

International Order Shipping:

We can ship our gear to wherever you might be in the world! But before you purchase anything for international shipment, please know that all international orders are subject to duties, taxes and other fees (see below for more info).

Import Duties & Taxes

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. At checkout, you will likely be given the option to pay Duties + Taxes at checkout and bundle that fee into your order total; you can opt out of this option and instead pay them separately once your package arrives to you. 

For some countries, such as Sweden, Spain, and many other European countries, you will not see an option at checkout to prepay duties + taxes. This is because these additional fees have already been lumped in with your product total so that our international shipping service can pay duties + taxes directly at the border. This is currently the only way that we can ship items to some countries, but rest assured that if you end up needing to return your item(s) you will be able to get a refund on these additional fees.

TREW is not responsible for customs and duties, and these fees as shown in checkout are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

International Returns + Exchanges:

If you wish to send your order back for a refund or exchange, please please contact us at info@trewgear.com and we can get you setup with instructions. 

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and once your item has been received by our warehouse you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) enclosed.

International Warranties:

We get it, sometimes shit happens. If you run into any issues with your TREW Gear, please complete our online Warranty Form and we can work with you to get you back outside and your gear repaired or replaced per our Warranty Program

Please note that, while we have a few repair shops that we work with outside of the US, we will oftentimes work with you to find a local repair option and then reimburse you for the cost. This is our effort to keep international shipping to a minimum, so as to keep costs down for all parties, ensure timely repairs, and mitigate our carbon footprint as best as we can. 

In the case of a replacement item being warranted (by TREW's discretion) then we will reply to your Warranty claim with next steps.
