We offer returns + exchanges for all international orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but on exchanges TREW will cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you.
*Must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached). Sorry, bud, no test runs in the resort.
*Return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of order fulfillment, and returned to our facility within another 28 days after your return/exchange is created.
Once an item has been worn out in the wild, we will be unable to offer a returns or exchange.
We strongly encourage you to take the time at home to try on your gear (with layers, boots, helmet, etc.) and do some squats, lunges, sits, etc. to test out the gear before you take those tags off. [see our try-on tips here!]
Outlet items and Pro Program orders are non-refundable, but you can still exchange or return for store credit.
Shipping costs will be at the customers expense, to be determined when you initiate your return.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are now calculated at checkout for international order. Duties + taxes are calculated based on your delivery address/package destination. By paying for duties and taxes at checkout, you will not be responsible for any additional fees upon arrival of your package at your destination.

Conversion Rates: Prices on our site are shown in the US Dollar, and exchange rates to your local currency is handled by Shopify and is based on the current market rate.
Conversion Fee: Any order placed on our site that requires currency conversion will incur a conversion fee by Shopify. Currency conversion fees and credit card fees are not returned to you when you issue a refund, but you're not charged additional conversion fees when you issue a refund or when you receive a chargeback. The conversion fee for our site, being located in the US, is 1.5%.
We get it, sometimes shit happens. If you run into any issues with your TREW Gear, please complete our online Warranty Form and we can work with you to get you back outside and your gear repaired or replaced per our Warranty Policy.
Please note that, while we have a few repair shops that we work with outside of the US, we will oftentimes work with you to find a local repair option and then reimburse you for the cost. This is our effort to keep international shipping to a minimum, so as to keep costs down for all parties, ensure timely repairs, and mitigate our carbon footprint as best as we can.

You are only able to use one promo code at checkout per order, unless otherwise noted. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday, with holiday exceptions.
Orders received by 11 AM PST will ship same day; all other orders will ship out the following day. Orders are not processed on the weekends and orders after 11 AM PST on Fridays will be considered a weekend order to be shipped out the next business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Please expect fulfillment + shipping delays during peak season and holidays. If you are on a tight timeline to get your gear, contact us and we'll work to get your order to you in time.
The transit time on your order will be unique to the shipping method/carrier you select + your package destination.

Transit times are only guaranteed on packages shipped via UPS 2nd-Day Air and Next-Day Air.

International exchanges and returns will process as soon as the returned package has arrived to our warehouse.
We do not currently offer in-person returns or exchanges, sorry! Orders placed on trewgear.com need to be returned or exchanged via our online return portal, unless otherwise noted.
If you purchase a TREW item from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly about their return and exchange policy.

We don't charge a restocking fee on international returns since return shipping costs are already expensive enough.
There is a possibility that the item you request is not in stock at the time of processing. If that is the case, then we will reach out to you to let you know. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Outlet items are non-refundable, but if you need to exchange for a different size or color we can help you out! You are also able to return an Outlet item for store credit.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on any exchanges on Outlet items.
Taxes and duties on international orders will not be automatically refunded in the case of a TREW return. It will be the customer's responsibility to contact the necessary border/import office that collected those fees to coordinate a refund.
