We can ship our gear to wherever you might be in the world! But before you purchase anything for international shipment, please know that all international orders are subject to duties, taxes and other fees (see below for more info).

Delivery time varies depending on your destination, but an estimated time will be given to you at checkout.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Duties + taxes are not included in the final purchase price, and will be charged to the customer at the time that the package arrives to your destination.
TREW is not responsible for customs and duties, and these fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
If you want to pre-calculate what your duties + taxes will be before you place your order, we recommend this online calculator. *Our gear is not made in a CUSMA country, so make sure to select the correct answer to get the correct quote.*
We offer easy online returns + exchanges for all international orders. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but on exchanges we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange to you.

Final Sale items are non-returnable, but you can exchange for a different size at your own expense. To do this, just contact us at info@trewgear.com and we can make it happen!
We get it, sometimes shit happens. If you run into any issues with your TREW Gear, please complete our online Warranty Form and we can work with you to get you back outside and your gear repaired or replaced per our Warranty Program.
Please note that, while we have a few repair shops that we work with outside of the US, we will oftentimes work with you to find a local repair option and then reimburse you for the cost. This is our effort to keep international shipping to a minimum, so as to keep costs down for all parties, ensure timely repairs, and mitigate our carbon footprint as best as we can.
