Our Nuyarn Tee Goes Mountain Biking with The Manual

By Katherine Donnelly on

With our mind on snow nearly 365 days of the year, it can sometimes be hard to peel ourselves out of powder-filled daydreams long enough to consider other modes of adventure....

But recently, The Manual got in touch with us asking if we had anything in our lineup that may lend itself to two-wheeled shenanigans. With a moment's thought, our answer was a big YES! and we got our favorite Nuyarn top and Up Jack packaged up for them and in the mail right away.

Now, a few months (and miles of singletrack) later, the official verdict is in: Nuyarn isn't just great for skiing and snowboarding, it's also the ultimate bike layer.

"I have been mountain biking in Trew Gear’s Basic T for a handful of months now, and honestly, it is the best shirt I have ever worn."

SHOP NUYARN

Travis rocked our Nuyarn Basic Tee, but we do offer a few different Nuyarn options - both in short-sleeve and long-sleeve designs - for folks to enjoy. Shop our full Nuyarn collection below, and learn more about what makes Nuyarn Merino so dang special here.

The Up Jack

While our Nuyarn stole the show, we can't forget about our favorite windbreaker! Travis also took the Up Jack out and had a great time testing it out on his rides, although it may still be an item that is best suited for it's intended backcountry snow use - or a go-to if you like going for cold-weather bike rides.
