I loved the fit (went up a size) and the features but when I walked up steps or did any kind of leg extension the pocket felt tacked in the inner thigh? I’m not sure if this was a flaw or just how the construction is of these bibs… If that minor issue was changed I’d buy again in a heartbeat. I was just afraid I’d blow them out after the first back county trip. Loading... I'll be honest, I totally bought this bib and it's matching pullover for the monochrome aesthetic. THERE I SAID IT. But I quickly realized the color wasn't the only thing these bibs had going for them. Let's talk about the fit and that water protection first. These are so flattering and functional from the snatched waist to the tough yet forgiving material. I sized down (I know crazy) which I was a little worried about at first, but was assured by customer service that the material gives you room to grow and make it your own. They were right; and after a few rides, these puppies fit just right and stretched all the ways I needed them too. I live in CO and ride/work Copper most weekends. They were perfect for powder days, and I've honestly never been cold in them. This was my first pair of non-insulated and they worked like a charm with a fleece layer underneath. Spring skiing is now upon us (praise gawd), and they are still ridiculously perfect with a shirt and leggings underneath. I like to buy all purpose things because I'm an awful decision maker and would prefer to make less decisions on the day to day and LET ME TELL YOU THESE BIBS ARE MY EVERYDAY MOUNTAIN TERRAIN SOLUTION. Not to mention I can fit all the snacks, car keys, cigs, sunglasses, sunscreen, and Fireball shots into all the pockets. They look like they did the first day I took them out of the package and I've got 25 days on these suckers. Thanks Trew Gear. Cheers. Loading... Super comfy bibs- love the handy side-zipper, the pockets and the texture of the fabric. The length of the legs is a bit long though - even with the shoulder straps tightened - and I am almost 5’7” and mostly legs in comparison to my shorter torso. I’m considering getting them adjusted by a professional seamstress as I tend to walk/step on the additional fabric and I get them caught in boot buckles and ski bindings (unless I have the rolled up). I had been looking for a set of bibs that I could wear on my days off skiing with my kids and these hit the mark. I needed plenty of pocket space for my things and a snack pocket for the little ones. Perfection! These are soft, comfortable and cute with easily accessible pockets. Going to the bathroom without removing my jacket is a breeze too. I ended up sizing up to a large and I’m glad that I did. I’m typically a standard medium and I feel like the large fits like a medium. They are also a little long. I’m 5’6..and a half ;) and I have to flip them up when I have street boots on so they won’t drag on the ground. That’s pretty typical for all my snow pants though, so it’s not a deal breaker. The only concern I may have is the durability of the cuffs down the road, but that remains to be seen. LOVE these bibs!! Loading...
