If an item doesn't work out, you can:
Return for store credit at no charge, or
Exchange for a different size/color/item or return for refund** to original form of payment + incur a $13 restocking fee.
Once an item has been worn out in the wild, we will be unable to offer a returns or exchange.
We strongly encourage you to take the time at home to try on your gear (with layers, boots, helmet, etc.) and do some squats, lunges, sits, etc. to test out the gear before you take those tags off. [see our try-on tips here!]
Outlet items and any item purchased from the Pro Program are non-refundable, but you can exchange or return for store credit. Shipping costs will be at the customers expense, to be calculated within the returns portal.

You are only able to use one promo code at checkout per order, unless otherwise noted. Other offers advertised on the website without a code will be automatically applied and cannot be used along with a separate promo code. If your order qualifies for an advertised offer and you also enter a promo code, we’ll apply the best deal.
If you have a gift card that you are trying to use while also applying a discount code, please enter your gift card first and then enter the discount code. If you do not apply the codes in this order, they will not work in combination.

Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday, with holiday exceptions.
Orders received by 11 AM PST will ship same day; all other orders will ship out the following day. Orders are not processed on the weekends and orders after 11 AM PST on Fridays will be considered a weekend order to be shipped out the next business day. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.
Please expect fulfillment + shipping delays during peak season and holidays. If you are on a tight timeline to get your gear, contact us and we'll work to get your order to you in time.
The transit time on your order will be unique to the shipping method/carrier you select + your package destination.

Lucky you! To avoid any Return To Sender issues, we recommend providing a PO Box if you are shipping via USPS - or a physical address if you choose to ship via UPS.

Exchanges will process as soon as your original item is in the mail - marked as In Transit via the provided shipping label - and we will do our best to get the new item(s) in the mail as quickly as possible.
Returns will process as soon as the returned package has arrived to our warehouse.
We do not currently offer in-person returns or exchanges, sorry! Orders placed on trewgear.com need to be returned or exchanged via our online return portal, unless otherwise noted.
If you purchase a TREW item from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly about their return and exchange policy.
OF COURSE! If you would like to exchange for a different product, you should be able to use the Shop Now function using our online returns portal.
We charge a restocking fee for product returns to help cover the handling cost associated with the restocking of that item back into our inventory, as well as to recoup a portion of the return shipping cost of the provided return label. This restocking fee will not be charged on any returns that are due to defective product, wrong items, or missing parts.
To easily avoid paying the restocking fee, you can return your product for store credit!
There is a possibility that the item you request is not in stock at the time of processing. If that is the case, then we will reach out to you to let you know. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Outlet items are non-refundable, but if you need to exchange for a different size or color we can help you out! You are also able to return an Outlet item for store credit.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost on any exchanges on Outlet items.
Yes, but unfortunately at this time we are not able to cover the return shipping costs for returns or exchanges from outside of the US.
