Excellent quality, very breathable while still waterproof. Highly recommend Loading... So far I am really happy with these, they are a lovely and perfect amount of stretch! Totally comfy for just hanging out in the snow and of course plenty of give for squatting, kick turns, big steps or whatever. Drop seat works nicely, although it's a little awkward standing up. My only real complaint is the snow gaiters around the ankle are elastic but no velcro to make the opening bigger. Just a bit cumbersome for accessing your boots multiple times during the day, which as a backcountry skier I do quite often to tighten or loosen straps as I skin up or descend. Loading... We will make sure to pass along your notes on the gaiter to our designer for consideration in future updates on this bib.

I've been looking for bibs for years now. These are the first to fit and function well. They're comfortable and so very proving to be very durable. Thrilled with this purchase. Loading... I’ve now worn these for a few days at the resorts and a few days in the backcountry in both 30s and sunny and 20s and cloudy/snowy/windy and, I have to say, they’re the absolute best bibs ever. They’re so comfortable, have room where they need room, breathe well while keeping the wind out, etc. The vents are perfect, the butt zip is convenient, the thigh pockets are great… literally everything I wanted in a bib I got with these. And the color is gorgeous :)Sizing: I’m 5’6” and 165lbs, athletic build (got some strong thighs) and the medium fits great. For the inseam, I measure 30.5” and got the short (30” inseam) even though the inseam sizing guide would have me get the regular…and the short fits perfectly. They don’t bunch at the knees like my old bibs did and they sit perfectly at my ankle on the boot. Loading... I’ve become accustomed to bibs that articulate in the “knees” at my thighs, or simply ending at the top of my ski boots. That or they’re so baggy I look like a park rat (which is a look I simply can’t pull off). My current shells are a 32.5 inch inseam… which was a custom order job. After seeing the inseam on these bad boys was 35 inches I thought… these might be made for me. I ordered, prayed and cried when I tried them on and they bloody touch the bottom of my ski boots. I weigh about 160 lbs, have a small waist and relatively athletic thighs/hips (ex ski racer here). I ordered a M. They definitely are a touch snug around the hips when I’m skiing in full tuck, but by no means would I have wanted to order a L. For reference I usually wear a size 4-6 in pants, or 28 inch waist clothing. Arcteryx gear I order mens for my lanky frame and order small/medium depending on the gear. Tall ladies. These are your bibs, look no further. Kudos to Trew for bridging the gap for lanky a** ladies here! Loading...
