I live/ski in Alaska and I’m 5 10 182 with a 45 chest and 33 waist. I went with a large and it’s a perfect slight baggy fit for layering and moving around. Loving this jacket. My first popover jacket. I like how it runs a little big so i can fit a medium where typically i would need a Large. The medium size fits my shorter arms a lot better. Good size pockets. Although it would be nice to have at least one pocket on the chest for phone storage. I did have my camera fell out of the one big connected pocket since i zipped up one side but forgot to zip up the other, but that was user error.
