I am a size 10-12 US and I had to try these in XL because I couldn't even zip up the L. They fit decently well in the thighs and butt but are huge in the waist with a giant gap. I wish the ski industry would take pear shaped women with ski thighs and booties into account when designing outerwear. Loading... After blowing out both sides of the crotch after three years of use and quite a bit of touring I decided to give TREW bibs one more chance. Holy sh*t these are my new favorite piece of ski gear. After reading reviews I went from a L Chariot -> M Capow and was really glad with the sizing. The relaxed fit meant I didn't have to size up for my thighs. They're stretchy and comfy and honestly I could wear them for hours compared to my old bibs. I wish the short had been in stock when I ordered because that would have been preferable, but alas I needed new bibs asap - all things considered, the M Regular fits pretty well leg-length wise compared to my old bibs. TREW, you guys knocked this one out of the park. Loading... First off, the dropseat is amazing. I use it all the time whether I am outside or inside. Second, the POCKETS. I store all my snacks and lunch for the day in the two front pockets. I love that they are easily accessible on the lift and they are so big! The only time my food gets smushed is when I front punch. Ha. The fit is amazing. I'm a 6/8 and the size Medium fits perfectly. I love that they are baggy- I was tired of wearing those form fitting snowboard pants. Originally I felt the seam in the crotch but after breaking them in it wasn't an issue (not sure why everyone doesn't make a gusset for all women's pants) I also love the two tiny pockets up top, I can fit my chapstick, gum, and pass in there. I wear these when it is freezing and also for spring conditions. I love them so much. Super durable, love the extra durability of the heel cuffs. The only things I would like differently are 1) the straps, even with the sticky material, do not stay tightened, especially with all my snacks in my pockets. They won't stay tight at all. This means the pants stay at their absolute baggiest, which I would love to be able to make them stay up just a little higher. 2) there should really be mesh in the leg vents. I kept them open when I would get hot, and many times got snow in my boots. Another small thing- with all the food I fit in the large front… Loading... I have used them in resort, backcountry, and even heli-skiing. Super comfortable to move around in, no issue with the waterproofing, and the fit is perfect. The drop waist is seriously the best--especially when out heli-skiing with all dudes :) In fact, all of the guys I ski with are jealous themselves lol. Thanks for making a pair of women's bibs that perform just as well (or better) than men's! Loading...
