Waterproof

While not quite as protective as our 3L or 4L options, our 2L collection has a 20,000mm rated membrane and will keep you dry.

The Fit

Our 2L collection is inspired by the effortless style and comfort of snowboarding, giving it a looser overall fit throughout.

Breathability

Our 2L outerwear has a soft-touch nylon liner, making it one of our less breathable options and most at home in-bounds.

Durability

Slightly less durable than some of our 3L and 4L options, the PNW 2L fabric touts one of the most durable 2L constructions available today.

Awesome jacket

I got a small and it fits great. I’m 5”7 @ 160lbs. Plenty of room for base layer & mid layer when it got really cold. Looks awesome on too.

Decent Jacket for a fair price

I bought the jacket on sale.

Overall, the jacket looks really good, and it mostly has great features.

In terms of quality, it doesn't feel as good as a high-end jacket of known brands for a similar price (without the sale). However, it is worth noting that, at least from the 7 days I wore it last season in Japan, it did a great job of keeping me dry.

In terms of sizing, I usually wear size S or M, depending on the brand and the style I'm aiming for. The TREW size guide suggested an XS for me, I ordered a Small, and I would say it fits pretty good, but I wouldn't mind it being a bit larger (I like a very relaxed fit).

The biggest disappointment for me in the jacket is the sleeves - they should be wider at the end. I like putting my jacket over my mittens, and it's almost impossible, requiring quite the effort.

Another thing I'm personally missing is having 2 zippers on the main zipper of the jacket. Make it easy when going to the toilet or wanting to open/close the snow skirt. This jacket only has 1 zipper.

Overall, a decent jacket, great colors and look, and good water resistance.

Almost great

This jacket is great for the price point. Pass pocket is on the inside of your arm instead of the outside and it could use an additional pocket maybe but other than that it’s been great so far. I’m 6’ 245ish and the XXL fits perfectly.

Underwhelmed but still a good jacket

To start out I got this jacket on discount and if I had to pay full price for it, I would be pretty disappointed by what I paid for and what I got.

The cons:

Sizing is a little wild, no size chart, which is pretty standard for all outdoor clothing.

No mesh covering the pit vents (also pretty standard), when they are open they're just large openings into the jacket.

No wrist gaiters, also a pretty standard feature of all winter layers, they took the effort to make the snow skirt removeable but I would much rather have wrist gaiters over a removeable snow skirt.

The Pros:

I'm 5'10" 180lbs and got a medium and it fits me well, I have some what longer then normal arms as well and the sleaves are not to short or long. The length is pretty good as well, comes down past the waist and ends at a good spot. I got the purple color and paired with the bibs in the same color they make for a sick fit.

Kept me warm and dry all day on a nice spring day.

The jacket is good but I think with some small changes it would make it a great jacket.

TREW Gear

Hey Travis,

We are glad to hear that overall this jacket is treating you well! Regarding sizing chart access, this should be just above the Add to Cart button for all products. If you ever have trouble locating a size chart, don't hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for the constructive feedback about wrist gaiters and mesh coverings on the vents as well. These are always a hot topic in our annual product survey reviews, and we will continue to consider these options as we revise and update our products.

Cheers,
The TREW CREW

Great fit and look for a skiers Jacket!

Great look and feel, fully functional, and put it to the test in varied weather conditions while free skiing. Highly recommend this jacket for those like me who like to layer.
