Purple Dot is a waitlist platform that enables you to be the first to get your hands on your favorite brand’s products as soon as they come available. Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time.

Changed your mind? Cancel for free any time before it ships, for any reason – no questions asked. 

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase? 

You will need to provide your email, shipping address and card details. Some brands may require a few additional details like a phone number in case they need to contact you about your order. All communications will be sent to your email address, including details of how to cancel and any updates on your pre-order. 

Is my payment information safe? 

Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. No card details are transferred to or held by <your brand name> or Purple Dot. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry-standard security protocols. 

What are my payment options with Purple Dot? 

Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How can I cancel my pre-order? 

You can look up and manage your pre-order by using our shopper portal. Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation. 

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded? 

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout and will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

What happens if my item is delayed? 

Our brands always provide the best-estimated shipping date for your pre-order. However, life happens despite best efforts — and there can be unexpected delays! 

At Purple Dot, we keep you in the loop as much as we can. As soon as we notice the dates have lapsed we immediately reach out to the brand to get an update. 

If the new dates do not suit you, you can cancel anytime for a full refund by using our shopper portal.
