The Cosmic has been our best-selling jacket since we started making outerwear and this season's Classic Cosmic features a rugged, waterproof fabrication and no-frills functional design. We don’t need to tell you, but the Cosmic can handle everything from a mountaineering mission to a weekend at the resort.

      Our PNW Classic 3L Collection is a great quiver-killing option for both backcountry and resort - a TREW all-mountain kit!

      The Cosmic Jacket offers our signature ‘modern freeride fit’ which offers a relaxed style, plenty of room for layering underneath, and longer length to keep your bum covered on even the wettest of lift days.  

      Due to our PNW 3L Classic fabric being more structured (and having no mechanical stretch), this jacket will run small; consider sizing up for a standard relaxed fit.

      This membrane is rated at 20,000gr/m2, and well-placed vents make our Classic Collection a loyal companion both in and out of bounds.

      Durability

      Slightly less burly than our 4L or PRIMO fabric, the Classic can hold its own out on the snow.

      OK jacket but neck collar is way too high

      The jacket feels durable and solid, but I don't know what they were thinking when designing the neck collar. It extends way too high and completely covers by mouth, even covering a bit of my nose. When skiing, I have to scrunch the neck collar underneath my chin so I can actually breathe without the neck collar getting in the way. I have never had an issue like this with any of my other jackets (Columbia, Helly Hansen, Quiksilver). A lot of other reviews (written reviews and Youtube reviews) have mentioned the same issue where the neck collar feels like it's constantly rubbing you in the face and getting in the way.

      Cosmic Jacket

      Great jacket, use it at the resort and in the backcountry. Love the internal pockets, holds goggles and even climbing skins. An all around rad ski jacket!

      Best Jacket!

      Great attention to detail, quality is off the charts! I cannot wait to put it to the test this winter. The sizing direction from Jordan was spot on and I am glad I went with size small in the jacket and bibs.
