Waterproof

While not quite as protective as our 3L or 4L options, our 2L collection has a 20,000mm rated membrane and will keep you dry.

The Fit

Our 2L Popover is inspired by the effortless style and comfort of snowboarding, and this jacket in particular provides a baggy & boxy fit.

Breathability

Our 2L outerwear has a soft-touch nylon liner, making it one of our less breathable options and most at home in-bounds.

Durability

Slightly less durable than some of our 3L and 4L options, the PNW 2L fabric touts one of the most durable 2L constructions available today.

Dry I guess?

Its rained so much this season. This jacket has been absolutely soaked multiple times this season already. And even though it feels like my jacket has absorbed a lot of water, my mid layer has stayed dry! Im not so sure about how water proof the pockets are though. I cant tell if the inside of my pockets are wet because my phone is wet when I put back in my pocket or if water is leaking through. The sleeve pass pocket is working great. The baggy fit looks great though! And when it is warm, it is quite breathable.

Great Jacket

Generous cut and great for layering. A scosh long for my 5’2” frame, but my tushy is covered, which is great for powder days and frozen lift chairs.

Like it

Got this during a spring sale so I’ll have to wait for next season to ski with it. But the shape, sizing, color and material all look & feel great. Fit is generous / oversized which I like. Material feels great and specs are good so I’m confident it’ll be a good piece for layering in mixed PNW conditions.

Great jacket for everything winter.

I live/ski in Alaska and I’m 5 10 182 with a 45 chest and 33 waist. I went with a large and it’s a perfect slight baggy fit for layering and moving around. I bought the all white kit (bibs as well) and have used them for skiing, snowmobiling, and even a winter hunting trip. Was recommended Trew from my cousin who is a ski instructor at Alyeska. Thanks for the functional and well crafted products.

popover jacket review

Bought this jacket for my daughter.

She loves the jacket how it fits and how she feels she can move in it. Most women's jackets these days are very fitted. only thing she said is that she wished there were more pockets.
