    Waterproof

While not quite as protective as our 3L or 4L options, our 2L collection has a 20,000mm rated membrane and will keep you dry.

    The Fit

Our 2L Popover is inspired by the effortless style and comfort of snowboarding, and this jacket in particular provides a baggy & boxy fit.

    Breathability

Our 2L outerwear has a soft-touch nylon liner, making it one of our less breathable options and most at home in-bounds.

    Durability

Slightly less durable than some of our 3L and 4L options, the PNW 2L fabric touts one of the most durable 2L constructions available today.

    Value compromises

Been a supporter for years with multiple pieces of higher end kit from them. I appreciate the intentions of offering a cheaper bang-for-your-buck option from Trew but it's left me thinking "at what cost." This jacket will be a lot of people's first piece from the company and I don't think it's at all representative of what they're capable of. The exchanges for cheaper materials and 2L construction is exactly what I knowingly purchased and expected at this price point.

What I didn't expect was the lack of Trew ingenuity and design finesse. The cut and drape are nice, but there's no powder skirt, the neck chokes with layers and helmets. The dual pocket would be great except there's no elasticated or stable pocket for a phone so either it's going in your pants pocket or it's going to smack you in the balls. For lacking these riding specific features you'd thing it might be more comfortable or practical day to day but it's not. I'll certainly use the heck out of it this winter and I'm glad to have a mess-around, dogwalk, slackcountry, firepit shell.. but that's all it is.

    Comfortable and elegant!

Keeps me really dry in the cold and wet. Colorado here so drier rain sure but I’m dry through the spring and summer season. Cant wait to experiment with it and my 3L this winter season. True to oversized, perfect for layering.

    Great jacket.

Loving this jacket. My first popover jacket. I like how it runs a little big so i can fit a medium where typically i would need a Large. The medium size fits my shorter arms a lot better. Good size pockets. Although it would be nice to have at least one pocket on the chest for phone storage. I did have my camera fell out of the one big connected pocket since i zipped up one side but forgot to zip up the other, but that was user error. Overall amazing jacket for the price. 10/10 would buy again.

    Love the pockets!

Great product, boyfriend was in the market for an anorak and this one checks all the boxes! Lots of large zipper pocket options in front, highly recommend!

Great multi purpose mild weather jacket

Big fan of this after a couple months of use. Not typically a big pullover fan but the zippers allow really easy access even with multiple layers underneath. Great fit mild weather but I’d use down to 20s probably with layering. Compared to my dc 35k and bonfire 15k this thing had great waterproofing. Seems tough, took a couple street tumbles longboarding and no noticeable scuffs. Would say it would loose but not overly baggy compared to most jackets, I was recommended by customer support to go two sizes down from what I figured and glad I did. XS fits good, gf around my size enjoys the jacket too, I’m 5’10” 140 lbs.
