PAST DUE
MEET THE PIRATES
Our story begins with two Ski The East athletes: Adrian Hayden and Will Miemis. Inspired by competitive freesking and niche ski movie culture, this Adirondack-based duo was selected for TREW To You Season 3, called themselves The Pirates of the Carabiner, and spent winter '25 ripping around and capturing the evolution of skiing in their home mountains in New York.
SEASON 3 WINNERS
After a complete film tour and a nail-biting final tally of votes and judges score, The Pirates rode away victorious as our Season 3 champs and the grand prize winners of a $15k TREW To You filmmaking grant to put towards bringing their dream film to life during the 2025/26 season.
THE DREAM WINTER
Will and Adrian had a plan but needed some friends by their side. So they rallied their crew - Bode Tracy, Jackson Lalla, Calvin May and Evan Daigle - to chase the snow around the world, skiing + filming waist deep powder in Japan, high alpine terrain in Chile, and shredding their home mountains in the Adirondacks.
THEIR FEATURE FILM
PAST DUE
Fast forward to today, and they're frothing to debut their feature-length project PAST DUE to the world during our TREW To You Film Tour this fall. These boys can seriously throw down and their film is a guaranteed good time, so don't miss it.
