Nuyarn is indeed soft and very stretchy. I did a two-hour mountain bike ride last weekend and the weight and warmth was perfect for a cool Marin County afternoon. A little bit of time in the dryer snugged up the loose and somewhat stretched out fit. So comfortable that I sleep in this shirt. Not really itchy either. Weaknesses: Material snagged easily and it pills a bit. Also a little long for my short torso -- looks like a tunic until I toss it in the dryer. Doesn't have a baseball jersey cut, with the material just a bit longer in the back (for leaning over on a bike or keeping the cold air from hitting my lower back when doing snow sports).
