Snap On, Snap Off
Back by popular demand, the Snap Jack insulated overshirt is in the house. We kept it just how you like it: lightweight, warm, windproof, breathable, and business casual. It’s perfect under a shell as your midwinter midlayer, or as a shirt-jack for firewood splitting, high-desert car camping, warming up after a kiteboard session...you name it. We kept the Primaloft Gold insulation and durable DWR finish, but we changed up the look, incorporated a tougher ripstop dobby-weave shell fabric, and picked out some new colors to keep you stoked. Enjoy!

I like to think of myself as a bit of a shacket (shirt/jacket) aficionado and this Snap Jack has quickly worked it's way to the front of my shacket lineup. I've owned a number of Trew items over the years and am always impressed by their quality and attention to detail. This jacket is super light weight and surprisingly warm for it's weight. Small details like the thumb logo on the snaps really set this apart. I'm 5'8" 150 and the small fits perfect with just a tee underneath. You can dress this up and be comfortable going out to a bar or dress it down as a mid-layer. This is now my go-to light weight jacket for any any bag I pack.
I couldn't be more happy with this stylish and functional snap jacket. This is the perfect piece to wear out to the bar or as an additional layer of insulation when out on the mountain. It's stylish, warm and functional and well worth the price tag. I loved the original snap jack and I'm stoked they brought it back, I'm especially stoked they added collar buttons so it stays in place. It's definitely my go to whenever I'm leaving the house during the winter.
The intricate fabric architecture of the Snap Jack is exquisite. I enjoy covering my body in this fine garment, it appeals to all aspects of society and myself. From the grungiest dive bar to the new hip bougie hipster lounge. I might not know the exact direction of the wind during a fine evening, but what I am sure of is what jacket I’m going to wear. And that’s the snap jack in desert dune and captain’s blue. Ever since I began wearing the Snap Jack my confidence has grown. Become your own captain and sail into the world in the Snap Jack, jacket.
