The Anti-Heritage Backpack.

The innovative Drop-Liner design keeps your valuables dry and protected on your wet commute and adventures. The seam-sealed liner is made out of a laminated waterproof fabric, which is then enclosed by a burly, water-resistant outer shell. The clean lines and minimalist features of the Truce Drop-Liner are elegantly designed for streamlined commuting and travel. No daisy chains or superfluous ice-axe loops here.

Drysuit: We source our Nylon shell fabric from Oregon based drysuit factories, it comes to us in scraps and pieces that aren't big enough for them to make their drysuits, waders or drytops. The fabrics make for beautifully sturdy and waterproof bags; by sourcing scrap fabrics that would otherwise be discarded we can offer a combination of premium technical materials that you're likely never going to see in consumer backpacks. For backpack and gear aficionados, the Drysuit Drop-Liners are a beauty to behold.

high-performance materials.

Lid designs protects the pack body from weather and offers a water-resistant zippered pocket towards the wearer’s back.

Truce Upcycled Technology

The Truce product line utilizes pre and post-consumer discarded textiles like used woven or laminated sailcloth and scraps of burly laminated nylons used for drysuits. In many cases, the combination of materials is something you would never see in mass-consumer products, because it would be prohibitively expensive and in too limited a supply. The final products are high-quality, technical products that are produced and sourced in an environmentally low-impact and responsible manner. Because our fabric inventory is constantly changing, refer to the fabric details below to learn about the different ingredients of our available packs.

Oregon Drysuit Factory
Laminated Nylon Liner Fabric

This medium-weight laminated nylon is a versatile and durable fabric that is likely used as the body fabric on drysuits or lightweight drytops. We use these waterproof nylon to create the liner portion of the Drop-Liner. We tape the liner with a 3-layer seam tape.

Oregon Drysuit Factory
Burly Nylon Shell Fabric

The high-tenacity nylon has a tightly packed weave for extraordinary abrasion resistance, yet remains lightweight. Two coats of polyurethane are melded into the fibers of the nylon, then a higher molecular density PE coat is laminated to these coats for a total waterproofing and internal abrasion resistance. This creates a formidible outer layer that will protect your goods against harsh weather.
