Designed in collaboration with CAPOW Guiding of Revelstoke, British Columbia

If you like long uphill walks in the mountains, you pump your fists to the band Trooper, and you eat gummy candies before lunch, then lead guide Marty Schaffer and his Caposse want to go on a blind date with you. They’ll be easy to spot: look for the folks with the shit-eating grins, wearing the Capow Bibs.

Tuned and articulated for gliding up the skin track but fully bibbed and burly for tackling big lines, the Capow Bibs are a collaboration effort with Capow Guiding, designed to their needs and specifications. They have an integrated beacon pocket, thoughtful zippered pockets, and big drop-in cargo storage, not to mention the kind of performance and durability you need to guide in comfort through all kinds of conditions. We made them available to our regular customers because we thought you all might want the same thing.

6’ 180 lbs. The medium fits me perfect. I’ve been using them in cold conditions, so I can’t attest to the waterproofness. The build quality seems great. I’ve gone through quite a few alders with no impact on the fabric.

Capow Bib

Capow...Awesome bib!

Capow Bib
Size: XL
Color: Gull Grey (nice alternative to black...the green looks good too)

Just got these a little over a week ago and have only used them a few times so far, but already have packed my pants away for the season, likely for good. The bibs are very comfortable, stretch where they need to and keep you dry. Plenty of pockets for holding 'stuff' and venting where you need it.

I'm 6'3" tall and ~225 lbs and went with XL. They fit great, but I had to set the shoulder straps at their longest position. No worries as I don't plan on getting any taller!

Capow bib in BC pow

I absolutely LOVE my Capow bib so far. It is insanely comfy/stretchy, durable/dry and breathable and so far handled a British Columbian bluebird pow day (with some hiking) with ease. So much comfier than pants (which I usually had to wear a belt with, which would dig into me throughout the day, especially with a backpack). I'm stoked to try this bib out on some backcountry splitboarding days in the future. And I'm glad I got it over the Trewth bibs just for that fact (versatile). I love the plethora of pockets, the multiple venting zips, and the tapered cut but it doesn't feel tight at all (I barely notice its there), and fights over my snowboard boots well.

I'm 6'2" tall and lanky (~150lbs), usually a size 32 waist and 34 insteam length. The medium fits perfectly.

Great bib system

I've recently learned the advantage of bibs and I'll never turn back. This bib is perfect for long tours and 3ft+ deep powder runs. I stayed dry, comfortable and the fabric is super light weight but strong.

I use this in cominbation of the Cosmic jacket and the old snap and it seems to work in every condition I've faced so far.
