The not great - the chest pockets are split into 3 compartments, all too small to be super useful. It's because they're meant for backcountry stuff like a beacon, but for resort riding, it just makes it impossible to put your phone in any of the 3 chest pockets, and phone in the hip pockets doesn't work well for strapping in/out. the leg flare for the boots are a little too flared. And you have to tighten and loosen the shoulder straps for everything, there's no quick connect, which makes it more likely they'll lose their grip. But that's a guess, they hold fine when new.
