Never out of style.

Haters say that bib pants are fashion statements. But if the TREWth Bib is making a statement, the only thing it’s saying is, “I like to get pitted in bottomless pow.” Is that fashionable? You tell us. We think it’s a statement for the ages. And frankly, when riding powder goes out of style, we’ll stop making bibs. Until then, we’ll be lapping up all of the freshies and preaching the TREWth.

Underneath its fresh-to-death exterior, the TREWth Bib is a serious tool for mountain adventure. An integrated beacon pocket, large side vents, and no shortage of accessible storage makes it clear we put function ahead of form. Our PNW3L three-ply fabric and double-stitched, seam-taped construction provides a durable, waterproof and highly breathable barrier against the elements, while signature SuperFabric protects the vulnerable instep. Kick on!

Amazing

The Trewth bib is amazing! Definitely the best bib I have owned so far! Keep up the good work Trew crew!

Had some fit issues, but otherwise great!

I've only had a handful of days in my Trewth Bibs, but so far I'm loving them! I've taken them on a 7hr touring day as well as several resort days so far. Never pulled, bunched, or caused any discomfort on the skin track. It was a pretty warm day and never felt overly hot or stuffy in them. Great assortment of pockets, the large thigh pockets are perfect for stashing gloves when you warm up and plenty of snacks of course. The material feels solid, though I did pull up the velcro a bit on one of the thigh pockets so I'll need to resew that. Took them out on a very wet heavy snowing day and they kept me dry on badly cleared chairlifts.

I personally had a bit of a hard time with the fit, normally I'm a M (5'9 188lb), but I found the seat on the M to be tight and restrictive so I exchanged for L. The L fits great except the the inseam is a bit too long. They bunch up on my boots fine and haven't gotten in the way yet. One thing to note is that the flare on the boot is really wide, wider than I was expecting but once they're down on my boots I don't really mind it, just a note.

Overall I'm really happy with the pants and while I didn't need a new jacket when ordering... I may be able to justify it and pick up one from Trew sometime soon.

Slightly Disappointed

Pros first. Awesome material and customer service are what makes TREW well, TREW. I have no fear of getting wet in these bibs on storm days (or rain days!) and I adore the light weight. Also a fan of the Fir Green color. Love the massive outside vents for spring chairlift rides and the zip waist pockets. I haven't had any issue with the suspenders slipping, but honestly if you have that problem just wrap some duct tape around the straps at the slide.

Now the minor annoyances. The chest pockets, they're tiny. I can fit my phone, some stroopwaffles, and my beacon or something else rectangular in them, maybe an extra buff or liner gloves. I will say though they did their best to make sure if you cut your Wonderbread pb&j diagonally or horizontally you've got a perfectly sized pocket between the two zip chest pockets. It just feels like the extra space a full bib gives you got wasted though.
The crotch zip also just doesn't go down far enough. Which might just be a bib thing considering I had the same complaint on my Wanderer bibs from 2016 or 2017.
Last one, the flared bottom is not a great look personally. I don't want to look or feel like a Deer Valley or Aspen trophy wife when I'm skiing, the medium was so bad about this, the large less so.

Now the fit which is my big bone to pick and the cause for the "Slightly Disappointed" rating. I wear a medium, in everything, from everyone except La Sportiva clothing because Europe sizing. I'm 6' and 165-180lbs depending, 33x33 jean. Was told by the sizing team to go Medium and it just didn't fit how I was expecting it too. Hilariously tight at the waist and knees but the inseam was perfect. The Large fits much better overall but I now get the flared (seriously why) bottom cuffs caught in my bindings from the increased inseam. If you're on the fence about sizing just size up. It'll save you the headache although at least TREW's customer service team is bomber and exchanges are zero hassle.

Great quality

Love the feel of these bibs. Look like they will be a winner for sure when I get them out. However I have a longer torso and the crotch rides super high. 6 2 and 185 got a large.

Bibs are 🔥

These bibs are 🔥. The best “pants” I’ve ever owned. Once you’ve owned bibs you’ll never go back! Trew gear is legit.
